Qualifications
I am very passionate about saving the photos of our heritage. There are many options for preserving these photos. Whether photos are faded, torn, or creased, rarely is a photo so damaged that it is unable to be restored. These photos are a gift to future generations.
I have worked in multiple fields including Photo Lab Tech, School Photographer, Graphic Designer and IT Support Tech. I have always had a passion for photography. My focus expanded as I realized the significance of the fact that I possessed all the family photographs and both my Mom and Dad's lineage had come to an end. Other events also increased my awareness of the importance of preserving our photo genealogy. My husband inherited his Aunt's photos. None were marked and some were over 50 years old. If there were pictures of my daughter's great-great grandmother, we had no way to identify them. My passion has grown for helping families preserve their photo memories of the past.
I have a BA from Colorado College in art with an emphasis in photography and a Masters of Basic Science from the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs.
